St. George, it is a great place to visit. First at the end of Feb. Andrews sister in law Tara come down with a friend and little Katelyn. It was so fun to see her, and play with her. Hearing her say "MayMay" was the BEST!!! (we are still working on "Andrew"...just too complicated).Then Andrews friends Tim and Holly were down for their spring break, we watched some jazz games, hit the driving range, and hiked to the Dixie rock. It was great to see them!
The next week was the U of U spring break and that brought down Stu, Jane, Dix, and Lacey. With them, we went to Vegas, which was an exhausting day, but always worth it to see the fountains. I have to give props to Jane for being prego and not complaining and being such a trooper about walking about 6 miles in the hot sun, you're great!! During the week we played 
lots of games, went swimming, hot tubing, and had DEEP FRIED NIGHT...I still don't think my stomach has recovered.

The day they left, my sister Mindy and her family came to stay with us! They were doing me a huge favor by letting Deidre and I clean Kolbs and Traces teeth. We had such a good time with 
them! I cleaned Traces teeth, and I just have to say he was AN ANGEL!!! It was so much fun to spend time with my sister, doing some quality shopping, and game time :) It was just fun to see them, and for them see our place. Andrew had an Ortho appointment down in Salt Lake so he ended up catching a ride with them, and hanging out at home for a few days. On Tuesday I left for school with a full house hugs and kisses all around, and came home from school to no one. It was pretty depressing. I cried, pathetic sight. I already miss my sister and her family...but man was it good to see my husband again! :)

Andrew came back on Thursday night, Then Friday my bff Allie and her hubby John came down for the weeked. They are hillarious!! It was a fun weekend! It was just fun to see her and hang out with them. They are great! Our attack on magic mountain is already set for the summer.
Hope you are not sick of visitors yet, because Jeff and I will be down at my uncle's condo again the Friday to Sunday with the Keetches and the Hakes. We want to monopolize as much of your time as you'll let us. We need you guys for some intense volleyball and basketball games. Plus, the guys want to tag along to priesthood with Andrew if he's not working, and that means we get a girls night! We love you guys.
ReplyDeleteAlso, we are working on having Katelyn say "Andrew." She'll try to repeat us some of the time, but most often we say, "Say Andrew," and she says, "May May."
Wow! It sounds like you guys had a lot of fun! I wish we could be some of the visitors to just hop in the car and come see a few of our favorite people (you two of course)! We can't wait to see you guys!!!
ReplyDeleteSee, you have adventures and fun aaallll the time. Cool visitors and all - I'm jealous, not many people travel to Cedar - they keep on goin' to sunny S.G. But - with the adventures, I'll even send you some of the pictures i have of you, and i having adventures - and you can post about us...not conceited, just confident. HA!...but...for real though.
